The present work is my PhD thesis submitted to London School of Theology in 2004 under the title ‘Sinai and Zion Symbolism and the Hermeneutics of Hebrews: Heb. 12:18–24 as an Interpretative Key to the Epistle’. Although the original thesis has been revised a little for publication the revision is largely limited to stylistic correction, and therefore the content of this book basically represents the original form of my thesis.
